100% Synthetic JAX Pyro-Kote Series provides unsurpassed performance
in the field of synthetic conveyor lubes. It is the finest, high-temperature
synthetic oven chain lubricant for applications up to and exceeding 650°F.
Provides extreme chain cleanliness, low volatility and excellent anti-wear
protection. Dispersancy characteristics can clean residues from inferior
high-temperature lubes. ISO Grades 32, 68, 220
Magna-Kote 1020
Series
100% Synthetic, this is a water-soluble high-temperature synthetic conveyor
lubricant for use in areas where compatibility with water-based paints
and coatings is of primary importance. It provides excellent ashless performance
at high temperatures which allows conveyors to run cleanly, without carbon
abrasives or residues that adversely affect conveyor chain life.
Magna-Kote 400
Series
Bonded ‘dry-film’ conveyor lubricants for high-temp applications.
Magna-Kote 404 is graphite-based, Magna-Kote 412 is Moly Sulfide-based,
and Magna-Kote 420 contains graphite, Moly and other performance additives.
The carrier flashes or evaporates off at low temperatures leaving bonded
‘dry-film’ lubrication.

Compressor

Syncomp-D Series
These are the finest, high-performance, synthetic Diester fluids used
to lubricate all types of compressors. They offer extended drain intervals
many times greater than the best mineral-based fluids. They extend compressor
life and reduce routine maintenance of the compressor. They leave minimum
deposits on valves of reciprocating compressors and have excellent anti-wear
properties. JAX Syncomp-D fluids are especially effective in sliding vane
and rotating screw compressors operating under severe conditions.

Gear Oils
These are high-quality, mineral base gear oils that meet the specifications
of AGMA for industrial gear oils. They range from 2 EP through 8 EP and
can be used in bevel, helical, herringbone, spur and worm gear units.
They offer superior anti-wear, anti-foam, and excellent water separation
properties.
Magna-Plate Gear
Oils
Magna-Plate gear oils are fully formulated automotive/industrial gear
oils with Molybdenum additives to enhance the anti-scuff and anti-wear
properties. They were developed as energy-saving gear lubricants for use
in truck differentials. They can also be used in any industrial application
where operating conditions are severe, and temperature reduction or energy
conservation is a goal.

Hydraulic
Oils
Hydra-Plate Fluids
These hydraulic fluids have a unique, ashless anti-wear additive that
offers pump and valve protection in a wide variety of applications. These
hydraulic oils have very good water separation and they stand much higher
temperatures than fluids with conventional anti-wear additive systems.
Hydra-Plate fluids are suitable for compressor use where ‘zinc-free’
oils are required. Pyro-Guard
Hydraulic Fluids 100% synthetic esters for areas requiring fire
resistant, high flash point, anti-wear hydraulic fluids.

Greases
Magna-Plate 1100
This is a high-temperature general-purpose grease with enhanced oxidation
resistance properties. Magna-Plate 1000 outperforms all conventionally
thickened greases that are exposed to high temperatures for extended periods.
It dramatically reduces caking and carbonized deposits and is fully E.P.
and anti-wear treated.
Magna-Plate 500
Series
WR™ (Water-Resistant) technology makes this one of the world’s
most water-resistant greases. Excellent general plant grease for wear
protection, rust and water problems, and multi-purpose applications. Magna-Plate
500 is known throughout the industry for outstanding performance. Now
available in NLGI #0 grade so fully automated centralized greasing systems
can take advantage of this remarkable technology.
