JAX provides turn-key lubrication solutions for complete, worry free operation of these sophisticated production lines.

JAX Magna-Kote 1020 Series fluids are ideal in applications where compatibility with water-dispersed and E-coat surface treatments are required. Plants utilizing these lubes range from automotive assembly to appliance manufacturing and would include heavy equipment assembly and anywhere water based coatings are applied. The lubricated equipment includes open race trolley wheels and guide rollers, chain pins and links, rider plates and wear bars, drive chains, cable joints and actuator linkages.

JAX Pyro-Kote Series handles the other extreme, oven chain lubrication, with the highest performing oven chain lubricants in the industry. JAX Pyro-Kote Series 100% Synthetic oven chain oils clean and maintain chain cleanliness beyond any conventional or synthetic lubricant. The high smoke and flash points enhance plant safety, and the proprietary anti-wear chemistry extends chain life far beyond any normal expectations.

JAX Magna-Kote 1020 Series (ISO 22, 150 and 220), high-temperature, water-soluble synthetic fluids, compounded for chain and conveyor systems in paint-process operations, have been reformulated to offer critical heat and environmental protection, increased anti-wear, and reduced product volatility.

Pyro-Kote Series (ISO 32, 68, 220)
100% Synthetic JAX Pyro-Kote Series provides unsurpassed performance in the field of synthetic conveyor lubes. It is the finest, high-temperature synthetic oven chain lubricant for applications up to and exceeding 650°F. Provides extreme chain cleanliness, low volatility and excellent anti-wear protection. Dispersency characteristics can clean residues from inferior high-temperature lubes. ISO Grades 32, 68, 220

Magna-Kote 1020 Series (ISO 22, 150, 220)
100% Synthetic-based fluids utilized for chain and conveyor lubrication in operations where temperatures can cause severe and premature lubricant failure and conveyor chain wear. The base fluid incorporates a high flash point and excellent anti-wear properties, and also exhibits strong metal adhesion. Magna-Kote 1020 has received approvals at numerous specific plant locations from all of the major coating manufacturers including DuPont, PPG and BASF

Magna-Kote 400 Series
Bonded ‘dry-film’ conveyor lubricants for high-temp applications. Magna-Kote 404 is graphite-based, Magna-Kote 412 is Moly Sulfide-based, and Magna-Kote 420 contains graphite, Moly and other performance additives. The carrier flashes or evaporates off at low temperatures leaving bonded ‘dry-film’ lubrication.

Compressor Oils

Syncomp-D Series
These are the finest, high-performance, synthetic Diester fluids used to lubricate all types of compressors. They offer extended drain intervals many times greater than the best mineral-based fluids. They extend compressor life and reduce routine maintenance of the compressor. They leave minimum deposits on valves of reciprocating compressors and have excellent anti-wear properties. JAX Syncomp-D fluids are especially effective in sliding vane and rotating screw compressors operating under severe conditions.

100% Synthetic
These high-performance industrial fluids are compounded for severe-duty conditions where extreme temperatures cause problems with conventional mineral oil-based industrial gear lubes. They offer excellent gear protection and extended service life for multiple applications. Select additives provide rust protection, anti-foam, anti-wear, and demulsibility.

Magna-Plate Gear Oils
Magna-Plate gear oils are fully formulated automotive/industrial gear oils with Molybdenum additives to enhance the anti-scuff and anti-wear properties. They were developed as energy-saving gear lubricants for use in truck differentials. They can also be used in any industrial application where operating conditions are severe, and temperature reduction or energy conservation is a goal.

Hydraulic Oils

Pyro-Guard Fluids
These 100% synthetic, fire resistant, hydraulic fluids have a unique, ashless anti-wear additive that offers pump and valve protection in a wide variety of applications. These hydraulic oils have very good water separation and they withstand much higher temperatures than fluids with conventional anti-wear additive systems. Pyro-Guard Hydraulic Fluids are compounded 100% synthetic esters for areas requiring fire resistant, high flash point, anti-wear hydraulic fluids.

Corrosion Control Grease
This is a specialized grease for areas of high salt or chemical contamination, high rust and wear rates. Magna-Plate 1100 patented corrosion control formula defies rust formation while providing excellent anti-wear performance. High temperature thickener system provides excellent reversibility when extended beyond its 550º drop point. Magna-Plate 1100 has received approvals at numerous specific plant locations from all of the major coating manufacturers including DuPont, PPG and BASF

Magna-Plate 1200
Extreme High Temp
100% Synthetic Grease
A fully synthetic grease for temperatures up to and exceeding 600°F. This highly thermal stable product is formulated with costly synthetic esters and a proprietary base soap to provide excellent oxidation stability and lubrication properties for extended periods and extremely high temperatures.
