INTRODUCES PYRO-KOTE 220 MENOMONEE
FALLS (January 31, 2001) – JAX – BEHNKE LUBRICANTS, INC.
has turned up the heat in the lubrication industry with the introduction
of its cutting-edge, synthetic lubricant; PYRO-KOTE 220. This new
product is formulated for use on industrial oven chains and other
oil lubricated machinery subject to temperatures exceeding 500º
Fahrenheit. Unlike
other high-temperature fluids available, PYRO-KOTE 220 distinguishes
itself with the absence of viscosity building polymers. Additionally,
a proprietary additive system results in excellent high-temperature
thermal and oxidative stability for prolonged lubricant life without
the depositing, coking and sludging experienced by polymerized high
temperature lubricants. These unique features provide dramatic reductions
in abrasive deposits along with premium protection against wear,
rust, oxidation and corrosion, resulting in prolonged equipment

220 utilizes exclusive, proprietary synthetic ester technology.
This technology helps maintain a liquid lubricating film at elevated
temperatures – providing substantially longer lubrication intervals,
reduced lubricant consumption, less smoke, excellent deposit control
and no objectionable odors. Industrial
applications that can benefit from PYRO-KOTE 220 include: roller
chains on all oven conveyors, lithographic chains, food & beverage
can coating lines, tenter frames in textile plants, kiln car wheel
bearings, refractory plants, paint lines and drying ovens, particle
