This specially formulated lubricant is the tackiest, most viscous, chain lube blended by JAX. It includes E.P. additives, antiwear agents, rust and oxidation inhibitors and tackifiers. For added protection and enhanced friction-reducing properties, suspension-grade solid-film PTFE has been added.
A specially compounded lubricant designed for conveyor chains operating in ambient, wet and elevated temperatures to 400° F (204° C). It is a unique blend of selected synthetics, antiwear agents, rust inhibitors, suspension-grade moly disulfide and a synthetic tackifier.
JAX Magna-Kote MLD is a bonded moly disulfide-based lubricant in a rapid evaporation-rate carrier. Its primary applications are for chain and conveyor lubrication where the use of an oil-based lubricant is not desired, yet antiwear and extreme-pressure protection are needed.
This thin-film, antiwear lubricant is formulated to perform under the most demanding conveyor applications. Benefits include high lubricity, excellent paint and powder compatibility, excellent water dispersion and protection against wear and corrosion.
These are bonded ‘dry-film‘ moly disulfide-based conveyor lubricants for high-temp applications. The carrier flashes or evaporates off at low temperatures, leaving bonded 'dry-film' lubrication.
