JAX Pyro-Kote Series are
JAX new ‘State-of-the-Art' high-temperature, ester based oven chain
oils with flash point in excess of 600ºF. It is an extreme
high-temperature, synthetic fluid designed to lubricate oven chains,
slides and gears in industrial applications where air temperatures
frequently exceed 500°F. The high smoke, flash and fire points of
this remarkable lubricant help alleviate concerns of fire hazards
associated with other fluids. JAX Pyro-Kote Series is formulated to
provide excellent anti-wear performance and high-temperature
oxidation stability with a non-sludging, ashless additive system. It
is ideal for OSB, plywood, gypsum and fiberglass ovens and other
extremely high temp oven chain applications.

compatibility to water-based paints and coatings is of primary

tackiest, most viscose, specially formulated chain lube blended by
JAX. The package includes E.P. additives, anti-wear agents, rust and
oxidation inhibitors and tackifiers. For added protection and
enhanced friction reducing properties, suspension grade solid film
PTFE or Teflon® has been added.
